Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your repair shop and start managing repairs efficiently.

Create Your Repair Shop Account

Sign up for Nexsso to access the repair shop management system and start configuring your settings.

Visit the Sign-in Page

On the home page, click Get Started to be redirected to the Sign In page.

Create Your Account

Click Sign Up, then select Sign in with Google for the fastest setup.

Complete Your Shop Profile

Enter your repair shop details, including:

  • Shop name and contact information
  • Business hours and location
  • Types of repairs you specialize in
  • Payment and warranty policies

Set Up Your Repair Departments

Organize your repair shop by creating departments for different types of repairs and services.

Navigate to Departments

From the dashboard sidebar, click on Departments.

Add Repair Departments

Click the Add Department button and enter the following information:

  • Department name (e.g., "Phone Repairs", "Computer Repairs")
  • Description of services offered
  • Assign technicians to the department
  • Set repair-specific settings and workflows

Configure Department Settings

Set up department-specific settings:

  • Repair statuses and workflows
  • Pricing and labor rates
  • Warranty terms
  • Required parts and inventory

Configure Repair Status and Priority Options

Customize repair statuses and priorities to match your shop&aposs workflow.

Navigate to Status Settings

From the dashboard sidebar, click on Config and then Status.

Create Repair Statuses

Create statuses that represent different stages in your repair process:

  • Check-in - Initial device check-in and assessment
  • Diagnosis - Problem identification and quote preparation
  • Waiting for Parts - Ordered parts pending arrival
  • In Repair - Active repair work in progress
  • Testing - Quality control and testing phase
  • Ready for Pickup - Repair completed and ready for customer
  • Completed - Device picked up and payment received

Assign Colors

Assign distinct colors to each status to make them easy to identify at a glance in your repair dashboard.
